Meal Plans (that rotate every four weeks)
offer 5 meals per week. Includes a weekly Sweet
Surprise. Since the Meal Plan rotates to the next
one each week, call to see which Meal Plan is currently
being worked on.

While the deadline for ordering
meals has been Mondays at 3:00pm, we do try to accommodate
late orders. The order must include payment information
on credit card, pay pal, personal check or cash.
NEW! Grab and Go lunch-type meals available:::
1) Daily From Our Deli Fridge,
Drop by the Licious Dishes Kitchen/Shop Monday to
Friday from 8 am–5pm where GRAB ‘N’
GO meals and desserts are available in the Deli
Fridge. No pre-order necessary.
2) At A Health Food Store
Near You.
Grab ‘N’ Go meals and desserts are available
in the “chilled department” of Kale’s
Natural Foods in Hawaii Kai, Down To Earth at King
Street, Vim N’ Vigor in Pearlridge, and Celestial
Natural Foods in Haleiwa. Weekly Meal Bags
can also be picked up at the stores.
CANCELLING
MEALS :::
Any order canceled at least 5 days prior to a scheduled
pick-up will be refunded 100%. Cancellations less
than 5 days from pick-up will be subject to a 20%
re-stocking fee. (Upon owner’s discretion).
We understand that life is unpredictable; if possible,
we will apply your payment to another week’s
meals within two weeks of your original order without
penalty.
* Meal ingredients may be replaced without notice
due to in-availability or season change.

Call to arrange other pick-up
times/days. Raw food production requires a lot of
steps in order to create the final meal. Meal bag
pick ups at participating stores carrying Licious
Dishes Grab ‘N’ Go are available on
request.

Parking :::
(Shops at Dole Cannery: While entering the
Costco parking lot, between Costco and Home Depot,
look straight ahead at the building in front with
the Dole Cannery Sign. That’s where we
are on the Ground Floor at the end of the corridor
Room 170.)
STORING MEALS :::
• The meals should be
placed in a refrigerator set under 40° F as
soon as possible.
• The meals on this menu are listed in a suggested
order of consumption. Generally speaking, those
dishes that have been combined with sauces in its
final form or have been pureed (i.e., soups) should
be eaten within the first few days.
• Foods that can be kept out of the refrigerator
safely would include those that have been dehydrated
for at least 20 hours or more (i.e., flax seed crackers/thins,
onion bread, grainless granola, and seasoned nuts
and seeds.) These should be stored in air-tight
containers to keep them crispy.
